Amaterasu

The Amaterasu is a pedal that boosts the treble frequencies. It works like a preamp for tone shaping, a clean boost for volume, or a treble based overdrive. It can be used "always on" to thicken and improve the amp tone, or it can be used as a boost or overdrive for classic solo tones. The Amaterasu works superbly with humbucker pickups to add more brightness. 

You can also use the Amaterasu with single coils to change the soloing tones to emphasis more on the high notes and bring them more clearly forward and thicker in the mix. Amaterasu can be used to really bring out the higher frequencies of your amp 

In technical speak, it is a 26dB, mostly flat, gain circuit followed by an optional extra 12dB of treble gain at 3.2KHz.
