Foxwoods are acoustic coated strings with perfect tension, clear bright tone, and good balanced volume. Long life acoustic strings with excellent low-end and midrange volume while still being easy on the fingers.
Designed to give you the perfect long life coated phosphor bronze strings for players that love the bright, lively tone of uncoated strings, but want the extra snap and longevity of coated strings.

Stringjoy coated strings are coated during the manufacture, before the wrapping, at the Stringjoy factory in the US. (Different to Elixir strings which is plastic coating added later to strings bought from another mass market company)

The new Stringjoy Foxwoods acoustic strings use an enamel-coated wrap wire with a tinned hexagonal core.
Foxwoods typically provide 2-3x longer life + longer peak brightness compared to our uncoated strings.
